An ad appeared in Aruba ( June 7, 2007 in the El Diario Newspaper 
1.  Describes a reward of  450,000 Florins ($250,000 USD).
2.  It gives some reward details  (more than published previously anywhere): 
       --Which leads to the location, detention and conviction 
3.  It doesn't give other details.  Is the newspaper the guarantor?

Unfortunately, we have to announce that the rewards... concerning the disappearance of Natalee Holloway,  which had been announced previously by others, cannot be substantiated.

To date there has been nothing published identifying: The guarantor of the reward.  The reward conditions (On June 6, 07 an Aruban newspaper ad stated "which leads to the location, detention and conviction .") The mechanism for an applicant to file (the Aruban newspaper  gave their own phone number in the ad.).
